Rihanna Clara Lionel Roy Nachum

Last year Rihanna launched the first annual Diamond Ball, a black tie fundraiser to benefit Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF), which was founded in 2012 in honor of Rihanna’s grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite.

Rihanna is holding a benefit auction, which you can bid on until December 10, which is when the 2nd Annual Diamond Ball is going to be held in Los Angeles.

Rihanna may be an artistic chameleon, but she is steadfast about her passions, one of which is philanthropy. For the past three years, the vocal virtuoso has been advancing the lives of women and children through her Clara Lionel Foundation, named in honor of her grandparents.

On the occasion of Paddle8’s benefit auction, which will culminate in the second annual Diamond Ball in Los Angeles on December 10, we took a look at @BadGalRiri’s social feeds to take stock of the many artful and interesting things that seem to make the singer tick. Herewith, our curated highlights of her personal collections, from rare sports memorabilia to up-and-coming street artist finds:

Rihanna was reportedly introduced to the work of the New York City-based Israeli painter, sculptor, and installation artist Roy Nachum by Jay-Z. After the two artists met and connected, Rihanna commissioned Nachum to create paintings for her forthcoming studio album, Anti (which is being released this week on Tidal, and to the public on December 4.) The cover art features a black and white image of Rihanna as a child, holding a black balloon, with a golden crown over her eyes. The full canvas is embossed in braille with the poem “If They Let Us,” by Chloe Mitchell. The singer has called the finished product her favorite album cover to date and says it represents the fact that “sometimes the ones who have sight are the blindest.”

The Rihanna Navy weren’t the only ones who freaked out over Rihanna’s new Anti Diary videos!

Singer Adele told Jimmy Fallon that she also saw the new teasers, and was very excited for more.

When asked her if there was an artist that she missed or looked forward to hear, the answer was Rihanna.

“Yeah, I was very excited last night because there were some teasers for Rihanna’s new record.

And I am on the edge, living life on the edge waiting for it. I’m the biggest RiRi fan, I love her, so I’m very excited for that record!”
