British girl group Sugababes will be teaming up with powerhouse producers behind Rihanna and Beyonce Knowles‘ hit singles, according band’s member Keisha Buchanan. “We’re going to be working with producers who’ve worked with Beyonce and Rihanna so we’re really looking forward to next year,” she said in an interview.
In mentioning whom the band want to work with for their new album, Keisha also puts Cee-Lo on her wish list. “We’d also love to work with Cee-Lo from Gnarls Barkley – we met him when we were working with [US record producer] Dallas Austin and we’d love to do something with him,” Keisha stated. continue reading
Feeding America and the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced today that Def Jam artist and Multi-Platinum, Grammy Award-winning global superstar Rihanna will perform at an inauguration charity ball on January 20, 2008 in Washington, D.C. All of the proceeds from the RIAA inauguration after party will go directly to Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization. The joint announcement was made today by Vicki Escarra, president and CEO of Feeding America, and Mitch Bainwol, chairman and CEO of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Rihanna and boyfriend Chris Brown booked two different rooms while staying at the Hotel Icon in Houston on Dec. 7.
“They use one room to put their things in, mostly because Rihanna travels with a lot of stuff,” an insider close to Chris, 19, and Rihanna, 20 tells Life & Style. “She’s a real girlie girl, and she brings along lots of clothes, makeup, accessories.… It’s like her whole closet travels with her.”
Adds the insider, “Of course they don’t sleep separately!”
Nicole Richie has denied enlisting Rihanna’s support in a bid to launch her solo career.
Rumours that Richie had approached the ‘Disturbia’ singer and Kelly Osbourne for advice were sparked by US reports last week.
